For 2021 – 2022, the Gibsonville Museum & Historical Society Inc will produce and sell a calendar for which we are interested in merchant / partner advertising. Details below:
- Available Opportunity: For one low cost, our advertisers will get 30 days of visibility. Included with this ad is one calendar for your use also. A draft of our 2019 calendar is at the end of this page. Please note this is a prior calendar and is submitted as an example of what this year’s calendar will generally look like.
- Ad Size / Costs: Ads of 2″ x 8″ are $150. Detailed ad descriptions and proofs will need to go to Karen York at Khyork68@gmail.com. Karen can also answer any detailed questions about ad format, layout, etc.
- Timing: In order for this calendar to be available in a timely fashion, please provide full responses (including contact with Karen York about ad details) by May 2021.
- Limited Space: Please indicate your preferred month on the below advertising form. That said, this calendar has limited locations for advertising and some advertising spaces are already purchased. While we will do our best to make everyone extremely happy, if there is a conflict over preferred month / ad space then the individual who completes their advertising form and payment first will get first preference.
